About Us

365 Citi Leading Ladies Ontario Inc. is a non-profit organization based in Toronto, founded in 2023, dedicated to empowering marginalized women to become leaders in their communities.  Founded by 3 women on a mission; Mary K, Brenda Appiah, and Nora K. Love. Our mission is to provide resources, training, and support to women who face systemic barriers to leadership opportunities. Through innovative programs and collaborations with various community partners, we strive to create an inclusive environment where women can thrive. Our vision is a future where all women have the opportunity to lead and make a positive impact in their communities.
